Situated in a quiet cul de sac in a prime
area of Camps Bay, this self catering holiday property offers magnificent views of Table Mountain
and the Twelve Apostles. Well within 50 meters of the beach and sea front, one
will sleep and wake to the sound of the Atlantic ocean.
Camps Bay Promenade, filled with an array of
exotic restaurants and cafes, is just on our doorstep. While away the evenings
with sundowners on the beach or in the trendy bars or, if you prefer, in the
tranquility of the garden which offers full barbeque facilities and a wrap
around patio. A large free-form swimming pool which offers privacy for
swimming and sunbathing is set in a lovely garden surround with a pool room.
Go for long brisk walks along the beachfront to Clifton and Sea Point.
The sleeping accommodation in this Camps Bay house offers
three upstairs bedrooms The main bedroom en suite is spacious with a small
balcony affording views of the ocean and beach. There is a Queen size bed in both
the main and second bedrooms. The third bedroom has two 3/4 beds which would
be suitable for two sharing. All the bedrooms have wonderful views of either
the ocean or the mountain.
The fourth bedroom, with a Single bed, is situated downstairs
off the kitchen garden area and has an ensuite shower and toilet.
There is a second bathroom facility on the bedroom level of the
house which too has wonderful views of Table Mountain and affords bath,
shower, bidet and washbasin. A separate toilet is adjacent to this bathroom.
The house has a wonderful ambience, the two lounges offset
by the large wrap around deck. Enjoy evening outside entertainment and patio
breakfasts or a more formal meal in the ample dining room.
DSTV and a music system are provided. Both lounges have well
stocked bookshelves.
The kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped with microwave,
dishwasher, hob gas and electric, extractor fan and
under counter oven. There is a separate laundry room is
equipped with sink and washing machine, drying racks and maids
toilet.
There is secure garaging in this Camps Bay house for one car with a remote door and
access to the garden from the garage. 2 more cars can be parked in front of
the other two garages for off street parking.
The house is fitted with a full burglar alarm system and is
linked to a 24/ 7 armed response.This property
requires a
minimum stay of 13 days.
