Cape Town House Rental - self catering available only
as a 6 bedroom villa in December and January, each year. Rate = 4,700 Rands/ day, if booked for 22 days
or longer and 5,000 Rands per day, if booked 2 to 3 weeks. Sorry, no bookings of
less than 2 weeks will be accepted for this villa in Peak Season. This house
offers three luxury bedrooms on the upper floor each boasting stunning sea or mountain views.
Upstairs also has a modern open plan kitchen with granite counter tops is ideal
for entertaining. The bright airy atmosphere of the large lounge and dining room
is complemented by sea facing balconies and a spacious garden. DSTV, free ADSL
internet access, Jacuzzi, weekly service, easy access to restaurants & shopping.
A sparkling pool is completely private, when the villa is rented in its entirety
as a 6 bedroom accommodation. The remaining 3 bedrooms are downstairs at the
pool level and these have pool and garden views with their own kitchens and
lounges. There are a total of 5 Double beds and 2 Single beds, so it can
accommodate 12 guests in comfort.
