Our Rates – 2008/2009 Season
December 15 to January = R 3,125 to 3,300 per day with minimum stay of 14 days
07 January to April 30 = R 1,875 to 2,200 per day with minimum stay of 4 days
1 May to August 31 = Available only on a monthly rental
September 1 to December 14 = 1,750 to 2,000 Rands per day with a minimum stay of 4
days.
Above rates are for the whole accommodation and not per person staying
A deposit of 50% upfront is required to make a reservation and the balance can
be paid prior to arrival. This deposit can be either wired into our South Africa
bank account in Rands or be deposited in GBP cheque in the
U.K.
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable on your arrival and will be
refunded to you, once you return the keys have and the inventory has been
checked. |
