the country is just a 3 minutes away driving distance from the house. Cafes,
restaurants and stores are just a short drive down the hill from, where one can
sip a cappuccino on the promenade or enjoy fine dining at one of the best
restaurants in the country. The world-famous Clifton beaches are 5 minutes drive
along South Africa’s most scenic route and the centre of Cape Town is a 10
minute drive over the saddle of Lions Head. Accommodation is for 8 people in 4
beautifully appointed bedrooms, all tastefully furnished with antique
reproduction quality furniture for casual holiday living. The master bedroom
has the most stunning sea views; there are 2 King Sized beds, 1 Queen and 2
Single beds in a loft set up. The large living and dining area flows onto the
terrace with exquisite sea views, all furnishings and finishes are tasteful and
of the highest quality. There is satellite TV in the living room. There is a
safe for your valuables and a very fine sound system. The kitchen is fully
equipped with all appliances, including a washer and a dryer; the countertops
are of granite. The highlight of this home is the outdoor living aspect – views
and alfresco dining, while watching the Sun set. There is secure garage with
space for two cars and a good alarm system with armed response services. Maid
service is provided weekly, at no charge or more often, if required at a modest
cost.
