This elegant Camps Bay holiday home provides a very special environment in which
you may enjoy privacy and magnificent scenery of the Atlantic ocean and the to
majestic Twelve Apostle mountains. The house is a contemporary style duplex, it
is well designed for comfort of up to 9 guests . All rooms are cheerful
and have either sea or mountain views. Find complete tranquility in
the extremely private indoor solar heated sparkling swimming pool area or enjoy
breath-taking sunsets on the spectacular balconies over-looking the bay.
The 5 bedrooms can easily accommodate 9 guests; the lounge is
spacious and there is a TV room and a pool table in a separate
entertainment room, the master bedroom has a King size bed, another bedroom has
a Queen size bed, a third bedroom has a Single size bed and the other two
have a 2 bunker style beds each, which are ideal for children or young adults.
There are 4 bathrooms, 1 full size kitchen with granite
countertops and one half size kitchen by the pool, equipped with a Pizza making
oven, a study equipped with a computer, internet connection, fax and telephone
and 2 TV sets with satellite DSTV reception, a BBQ and a secure garage for your
car. For the kids there is a trampoline in the garden area.
This holiday home is secure with an electronic alarm system,
monitored 24/7 . Weekly maid service is provided and more often if required, at
a small charge. No smoking is allowed within the house. Available from Mid December
thru Jan 15th of each year only. Discounts are
offered for stays of 13 days or more.
