A stand alone 3 bedroom family house in Camps Bay; this one is not
in the luxury category, but just basic accommodations, affordable budget, comparable to a 3 star
accommodation; clean and reasonably priced; ideal for a family of 5 or 2 couples
sharing. The house is located close to the beach and restaurants ( 250 meters or
a 5 minute walk) with sea and mountain views from all the rooms. On the first
floor of this house, there is a spacious lounge, separate dining room and a
kitchen with granite tops and all the appliances and utensils required for
comfortable self catering vacation. There is also a separate laundry room with a
washer and a dyer and a guest toilet. The lounge is equipped with a TV with
satellite reception. There are ocean views from these rooms.
On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms, the master
bedroom has a double bed; it is air conditioned with a newly built ensuite
bathroom that has magnificent ocean views with w glass enclosed shower and all
the fixtures. There is ample closet space and a TV with DSTV reception. The
other 2 bedrooms have double sized beds, good closet space and share a
bathroom.
The house has a private pool that is quite large with chairs
and outdoor furniture; there is a garage with space for 2 cars and ample parking
behind a secure gate; there are barbeque facilities, telephone and fax and maid
service is provided as an option at 100 Rands / day.
There is an electronic security system, which is monitored
24/7 with armed response. |
