The house consists of 3 levels, you enter from the street to level 3 and the
pool and garden are at level 1; all levels enjoy breathtaking sea views

Level 3 houses the fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a luxuriously
appointed lounge; of course your have ADSL internet access and satellite TV in
the lounge and from here you have access to one of the outside decks.

One level below = level 2, you have 5 bedrooms with wood floors and en suite
bathrooms, custom made furnishings, lots of closet space, internet access.

Level 1 has the sparkling pool, which is about 10 meters long by 3.5 meters
wide. There is also a garden and an outdoor Jacuzzi all with magnificent sea
views. Of course there are sun loungers, umbrellas and all the outdoor
furnishings that one would expect in a 5 star accommodation.

Maid service is provided free 5 days a week and it is available on weekends,
as an option, at a reasonable cost.

Additional services like baby sitting, personal laundry, car and driver,

Please
note that our rates are for the entire villa and include all
taxes, fees and utilities + maid service and amenities noted.
April 1 – August 30 = 4,500 Rands/ day ( Rate is for stays 7
to 14 days; we offer discounts for stays of 15 days or longer
)
September 1 – December 14 = 6,250 Rands per day
15 December – 15 January = 8,500 Rands per day (During peak
season, a minimum stay of 14 days is required)
16 January – March 31 = 6,250 Rands per day
Discounts are offered for extended stays ( of
more than 2 weeks)
Note:
Above rates are based on occupancy of the
villa by a maximum of 6 guests; for additional guests, there
is a charge of 200 Rands to 500 Rands/ day/ per person,
depending on the season
