property and the Table Mountain Reserve. For walkers, it is only 10 minutes
walking (2 minutes driving) to the boom onto the Reserve with direct access to
the many walks, hikes and climbs in the 12 Apostles mountain region.

(5 min. drive); Clifton beaches 4 kms (7 min. drive) and Sea Point 6kms away (10
min. drive). Llandudno and Hout Bay beaches and villages are 4kms (7 min. drive)
and 10 kms (12 min. drive) away, respectively, in the other (southerly)
direction.
Shopping:
There is a small supermarket or Convenience Store
approx. 1 km.(3 min. drive) down the hill in Camps bay Drive.
Camps Bay shopping centre
consists of a fairly large Supermarket, Pharmacy, Doctor’s rooms, travel agents,
video shop, several small clothing shops and innumerable restaurants. It also
has a theatre, the Bayside Theatre and direct access to the beach.
Sea Point
and Hout Bay are both fairly large villages with a
great many shopping, eating and entertainment facilities.
