There is a large pool and garden, as well as outdoor patios,
where you can barbeque and have your meals outdoors. There is a fully equipped
kitchen with everything that you will need for self catering; a maid comes
around 2 x per week, to clean up and more often, if necessary at a modest
charge. The master bedroom has a King size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and
bath and a large dressing area; the second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and an
ensuite bathroom. There is also a separate office that can double as a third
bedroom ( a single bed can be provided). For chilly nights, there is a working
fireplace, the lounge is equipped with a satellite TV receiver; there is an
electronic security system with 24/7 monitoring and armed response and a video
intercom. There is a separate dining room with maple wood floors. Garage has
space for 2 cars. This holiday home is available in December and January only.
Other times of the year may be possible on request. No smoking indoors.
Availability and
pricing: December 1st, through January 15th, each year Rate of 2,750
Rands per day, is based on a rental period of 15 days; a higher rate would apply
for a rental of 12 days ( minimum stay = 12 days ) |
