Large and elegant 6 bedroom
villa in Upper Constantia
This villa can sleep comfortably a party of 12
( in the main villa = 6 bedrooms) and if
need be, it can accommodate up to 14 guests ( a 7th bedroom is available,
at an added charge) . Only 15 minutes drive to Cape Town
center, yet a world away from congestion and traffic. This villa is situated on
the slopes of the mountain, surrounded with lush greenery and with magnificent
views all around. This villa is extremely private and serene with a manicured
garden and a large solar heated pool ( measures 12 meters by 5 meters) that is
lit at night with different colors; there are chairs, sun beds and umbrellas
around the pool, an outdoor wood burning fireplace, a Bose surround system, an
outdoor Jacuzzi with views, tables, dining chairs for an evening meal with gas
outdoor heaters for cooler weather. An outdoor plus an indoor bar are all there
to entertain you. All the needs of the most demanding guest are met here.
Security begins with very tall
perimeter walls all around and an equally tall gate that operates with a remote
control. Further in a 21 year old Grey Africa parrot ( “Jacko”) stands guard at
the main entrance to the house and greets the guests and sounds an alarm, if
anything is out of the ordinary. In the house there is an intercom video system
that allows you to see who may be at the gate. The area is patrolled 24/7 by a
private security company. There is a full time maid on premises at all times.
The house was recently renovated
to very high standards; all main rooms are on one level, no stairs need to be
climbed on your vacation. Four of the bedrooms have their own DSTV ( satellite
reception), so there is no need to compromise on everyone seeing the same
channel. The kitchen has granite countertops, new appliances, gas stove,
separate washing and laundry facilities, all in the grand style that you would
expect to find in a country mansion.

broadband internet is available throughout the villa, at no cost
Bedrooms:
Master bedroom is en suite with a
King size bed ( all bedding and linens are almost brand new and of the highest
quality). Two other bedrooms have Double size beds and two others have twin
single beds each. The sixth bedroom is a suite all by itself with its own
kitchenette, bathroom and sitting area and a Queen size bed. In an emergency,
there is a 7th bedroom that can be made available ( optional at an
added cost) that can sleep 2
more guests. All bedrooms are equipped with sound systems.
We provide all towels and linens
and daily maid service.
