• From the entrance hall, the reception room on your left, bedrooms and TV room on your right, and staircase leading to main bedroom suite which is on higher level.

• Reception room has a  fire place and a mezzanine study. It is open plan with dining area and modern kitchen with separate scullery/ laundry

• On both sides of the lounge, there are doors leading to patios: Front patio has large heated pool, undercover bar and BBQ, - this patio offers sea views; Back patio is covered with outdoor lounge suite, built in, outdoor fire place, which in turn leads to garden with mountain views.

• From entrance hall to your right is a hall way leading to 2 bedrooms, both en-suite, TV room , and gym room.

• Staircase leads to the main bedroom and suite with large walk in closet, bath with spectacular sea views.

• Cottage is separate and all on one level and overlooks the tennis court. One bedroom is en-suite and the other 2 share a bathroom
