Photos show a typical 2 bedroom apartment;  there are several buildings in this complex with nearly identical layouts and features. Each unit is furnished & decorated differently. They are all luxury two bedroom units ( typically with 1 Double bed and 2 Single beds)  with 2 bathrooms, ideally situated at the water's edge in the new marina at the V and A Waterfront ( Victoria and Albert Waterfront Residential Marina in Cape Town, South Africa) and are only a short walk to South Africa's most popular tourist destination. These apartments are finely decorated with a granite & full size appliances in the kitchen, TV & DVD system, comfortable lounge and dining areas overlooking the waterways. The bedroom is beautifully appointed. These cape town rentals are heated and fully serviced. There is also a large terrace for outdoor living. These  apartments provide the perfect setting from which both businessmen and holidaymakers can base themselves. They are in secure buildings, with full perimeter security. The walkways in front of the apartments are private and access is restricted. Services include housekeeping of 2 times per week and laundry. All guests have access to a heated swimming pool and a secure undercover parking. 5 day minimum stay is required. Monthly rates are available. This unit has access to broadband internet service for your laptop computer, at a reasonable cost.

          Our rates are based on the following:

• Rates are per apartment per night and not per person.

• All utilities are included, except for telephone calls.

• Maid service is provided free of charge, twice per week

• Use of the pools (3) in the complex ( 1 pool is heated) is included. Exclusively for the residents

• Underground parking, close to your apartment, free of charge.

• Taxes and levies are included.

Notes:

1. Effective 1 October 2008 all short term tenants (stay shorter than 3 months) will pay a fee of R120 per month, to utilize the Quarterdeck gym and swimming pool area.The Gym access card will provide the tenant access to the gym and access to the Quarterdeck pool via the Quarterdeck office.
