• The rates are per apartment per night and NOT per person.

• 50% is required to make a reservation

• 5 day minimum stay is required at the V&A

• Payments are by bank transfer; credit cards are not accepted for this unit

• Discounted rates available for repeat customers and those staying for 2 weeks or longer

• Check ins until 10:00 PM for these units; Check ins in the early AM are available at an added cost of 1/2 day's rent

• Check out time is 11:00 AM; late PM check outs are available, at an added charge of 1/2 day's rent

Note: Effective 1 October 2008 all short term tenants (stay shorter than 3 months) will pay a fee of R200 to utilize the Quarterdeck gym and swimming pool area. R100 is for usage   of the Gym access card and the other R100 serves as a refundable deposit upon return of the access card. The Gym access card will provide the tenant access to the gym and access to the Quarterdeck pool via the Quarterdeck office.
