  • It can accommodate 4 guests. Arrangements must be made if a child needs to be accommodated in the lounge.

  • Master bedroom has a Double bed , Balcony View , DSTV, en-suite bath shower & toilet The en suite bathroom has a double basin, bath and shower with a sliding window that looks over the main double bed
  • The second bedroom, also with a sea view ( between two buildings),  2 single beds with a 2nd bathroom and shower
  • The fully equipped kitchen is open plan design with  black granite and Stainless Steel finishes
  • There is gas barbeque. The new kitchen appliances include Stove , Hob , Fridge and Freezer ,  Washing Machine /Drier. dishwasher, Toaster, Microwave etc.
  • There are wrap Around Couches in the lounge. Dining room table has 6 chairs;  Satellite TV ( DSTV costs Extra) and VCR. The deck extends from the living room to the master bedroom.

  • This Apartment does not have access to the internet and is not equipped with a PC

  • Parking garage ( 2 bays) with remote controlled entrance under the building

 OUR RATES ARE BASED ON A MINIMUM STAY OF 7 DAYS ALL YEAR, EXCEPT BETWEEN DECEMBER 15th AND JANUARY 15th: MINIMUM   STAY = 14 DAYS. SHORTER STAYS ARE POSSIBLE ( NOT LESS THAN 5 DAYS), AT HIGHER RATES. ASK US FOR A QUOTE !

DAILY RATES:

Peak season = Dec 15 - Jan 15.  Rate = 1,250 Rands/ day

High season = Nov 1 thru march 31 . Rate = 1,100 Rands/ day

Shoulder season = October and April. Rate = 1,000 Rands/ day

Low = May 1 thru Sep 30. Rate = 600 to 700  Rands/ day, depending on length of stay

MONTHLY RATES:

Low season = 12,000 rands/ month

High season = 20,000 Rands/ month
