• Kitchens and bathrooms have granite counter tops and quality fixtures and appliances

• Kitchen is fully equipped for self catering,  appliances include dishwashers, washers & dryers  
• There is a Queen size bed in the bedroom; a mattress with linens can be provided in the lounge for a child or a guest
• Apartments can accommodate maximum of  3 people
• There is a garage with a lift to the apartment ( no charge); there are TV monitors for your safety
• The Juliette is located within the V and A Waterfront Marina, which is fenced and well guarded at all times
• There is an economical "Pay As You Go", telephone system in the apartment

• The rates are per apartment per night and NOT per person.

• All the utilities are included, except for telephone calls made.

• Taxes and levies are included in the rates

• 5 day minimum stay is required

• Payments are by bank transfer; credit cards are not accepted for these apartments

• Discounted rates available for repeat customers and those staying for 2 weeks or longer

• Check in only until 10:00 PM for these units; Check ins in the early AM available at an added cost of 1/2 day's rent

• Check out time is 11:00 AM; late PM check outs available, at an added charge of 1/2 day's rent

Note: Effective 1 October 2008 all short term tenants (stay shorter than 3 months) will pay a fee of R1200 per month, to utilize the Quarterdeck gym and swimming pool area. The Gym access card will provide the tenant access to the gym and access to the Quarterdeck pool via the Quarterdeck office.
