The double storey house has three bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs that are each available for separate rental or as 1large villa. The entire residence has a Security System with Armed Response, electronic gates with intercoms at each entrance, DSTV, Sound Systems, DVD player, WiFi Connection, CD players with alarm/clock/radio and Ipod connection in all rooms, secure parking, dining areas, sitting rooms and fully fitted kitchens with tumble dryers, washing machines, dishwashers, ovens with hobs as well as microwaves. The three bed home is spacious and boasts a Sun Room, deck with pool, plasma television and air con. The Villa receives a full service Mondays to Fridays.
