The Cottage provides self-catering, furnished cape town accommodation / cape town apartment for rent for 4 people. It boasts an open plan design with 1 bedroom, a private bathroom, fully kitted kitchenette/scullery and a dining/living room with DSTV that leads onto a private patio within a lovely small garden. A communal, heated swimming pool is available to all guests, as well as an outdoor dining area with seating for 4 and a braai. A combined bedroom/lounge has a queen size bed, wardrobe, comfy sofa-bed, satellite TV with English and German Channels and a 4 seater dining table. Sliding glass doors open out to the patio and garden. The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, microwave and stove; with a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate room. An extra charge of 30 ZAR per day is required for ADSL internet connection. Secure parking is provided as well as security sensors outside and in. ADT armed response teams patrol 24/7. Services include: a housekeeping service and weekly garden service. On request we'll be happy to organise restaurant bookings, wine tastings, soft drinks & snacks, basic grocery shopping, a selection of freezer meals (ordered in advance), Airport transfers at R250.00 one-way.
