Houtkapperspoort boasts 24 elegantly rustic Cape Town cottages and a luxurious manor house positioned on the slopes behind Table Mountain. The cottages are fully fitted and were awarded the 'Best Self Catering Resort in S.A' for 3 consecutive years; as well as being the 'Hall of Fame' winner for 2006, 2007 and the 2008 finalist. The cottages have all received 4 or 5 star gradings and the units come in various sizes from 1 to 4 bedrooms. Most of the rooms have air-con and some have fireplaces. The 1 and 2 bed cottages are single/double storey and have one/two bathrooms. The three bed cottages have two/three bathrooms while the manor house has en suite bathrooms in all four rooms. All the facilities commonly found in resorts are featured at Houtkapperspoort, including pool, tennis court, DSTV, WiFi internet and 24-hour security.
