Set on the slopes of Table Mountain, this mansion provides exceptional views of the sea, beach and mountains from all three levels. The interior is modern with clean lines and calming, sea inspired tones and décor. The extensive outdoor entertainment areas and viewing terraces are comfortably furnished with sofas, daybeds and loungers for gazing at the blue Atlantic or enjoying a sun-downer with friends. This mansion /  luxurious villa  is ideally located in a quiet area of Camps Bay, yet within 5 minutes walk to the famous beach with its stylish restaurants and bars and a 10 minute drive to downtown Cape Town. Take an invigorating swim in the large 10 x 4 m pool or work out in the sea facing gym on the property. The villa has five spacious en-suite double bedrooms and can be rented as a whole or separately as a 3 bedrooms house or 2 bedrooms penthouse with keyed lift access.

Note: Villa CB 144 does accept children under 6, due to safety issues such as steep drops from terraces, open stairways and deep swimming pool. Also, in general it is not a child friendly property with all the light colours and high king sized beds and open bathrooms. It is primarily designed for couples or older children.

CB 144 may consider the following:

  •   Children under 2 if they are an only child (parents tend to keep an eye on them constantly then).
  •   Single children under 6 accompanied by a Nanny.
  •  Up to two children over 6 in one booking.
  •   We really don’t like to have more than 2 children at a time as there tends to be more likelihood of accidents and wear and tear.
