BINGLEY TOURS:
I was born in England and moved to South Africa six and a half years ago. Having visited over 30 different countries, nothing can compare with the indigenous beauty of the Western Cape. I am a Registered Western Cape Tour Guide and a voluntary Table Mountain guide taking people on free guided tours on the top of the mountain.
I have a fully air-conditioned 2003 VW Kombi with a luggage trailer and can carry 9 guests plus luggage. My vehicle is fully comprehensively insured for passenger liability.
My passion and enthusiasm for this country ensures my guests the best of everything Cape Town has to offer, whether it be tours or fine dining or the best wineries to visit.
A typical tour to Cape Point apart from the natural beauty, includes a trip by boat to Seal Island, the famous Chapmans Peak Drive, stop at the animal stone statue manufacturers, visit the Ostrich farm, see the largest Eland (buck) in S.A. weighing nearly 1000 kilos (a hand-reared family pet). Enter Cape Point nature reserve to visit the Cape of Good Hope, see the baboons and visit the Penguin colony at the famous Boulders Beach, and maybe take in a winery on our way home through Constantia Valley.
My Wine Tours can be personalized to any taste. Wine Tours are not about drinking all day, but rather envelope the whole experience of the Cape's finest international wineries set in the most beautiful mountains and valleys with cheese-tasting and wonderful Cape Dutch Architecture. We stop for lunch in Franschhoek at the famous 'La Petite Femme Restaurant' with exquisite food and views overlooking the Franschoek Valley and vineyards.
My aim is to give you a taste of the Western Cape to make sure you want to come back for more! Join me in my passion for the Western Cape!
