How does HRCT use my information?
When you make an enquiry on our website, we use your information to process your enquiry. We will also respond to your emails to confirm your booking/s, and we may require to contact you via phone or if we have other queries regarding your booking.
Does HRCT share my information with third parties?
We may contract third parties to help us in maintaining our client information to fulfill promotions and also to communicate with our clients. We do not give any third parties authorization to make use of your information. In addition, should we team up with other companies to provide you with better service; we do not rent or sell your information. We and the other company may use that existing data to fulfill promotional or contractual obligations. When we offer our customers promotions, only customers who choose to participate may be asked to provide personal information. This information may then be used by us or our contracted companies. Except as described in the above, we do not rent, share or sell any information we collect about our customers or visitors online to any unaffiliated third party.
How do I remove my information from postal, telephone, and email mailing lists?
We will only communicate with you if you have filled out and enquiry or sent us an email from our contact forms. HRCT does not make use of mailing lists.
